The main goal of our project is supporting inclusion and diversity by getting to know each other's culture and traditions while discovering similarities and learning to appreciate differences. Our long term goal is to become an inclusive school that "celebrates and recognizes the normality of diversity in all areas of human life..."(Clare Ryan)
A Hungarian and a Polish school would like to implement two physical and 3 virtual mobilities. During the six days they participate in different programs such as workshops, local history tour, tasting traditional dishes, sing folk songs and dance folk dances together. During the 3 virtual mobilities: pupils introduce their schools and countries, celebrate Christmas and Easter together.
The activities will enable to understand the European social values, the knowledge and skills gained during the project will enable students to contribute more easily in an inclusive way. The tangible result will be a booklet or preferably, a kind of digital material with the description of differences and similarities they experienced during the project. Overall, implementing the project, both organizations take a huge step towards the idea of inclusive schools.
